1. Acceptance

By accessing auto-texte.ca, you agree to these terms of use and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Service

Auto-texte.ca provides digital writing and content analysis tools. The service is provided "as is" and may change without notice.

We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

3. Access

Pro or Business access is activated locally in your browser after successful Stripe payment. You are responsible for your device and browser.

Sharing unlocked access with third parties is prohibited.

4. Payments and pricing

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD); applicable taxes may apply by province.

One-time payment via Stripe — no automatic monthly subscription on auto-texte.ca.

Stripe collects payment data under its own privacy policy.

5. Refunds

Pro and Business plans are digital goods delivered immediately after payment.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not substantially used paid features, by emailing niyogigi@yahoo.com with your Stripe transaction proof.

After that period or with significant use, refunds are not required except where mandatory by law.

6. Intellectual property

The site, brand, design, and code belong to the publisher or licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

You retain ownership of text you input and content you generate for your own commercial use.

7. AI-generated content

Results may contain errors or unsuitable wording. You must verify before professional or legal use.

Contract, invoice, and NDA templates do not replace legal advice. Consult a professional for binding documents.

8. Prohibited use

You may not use the site for illegal, fraudulent, or defamatory activity, spam, or to bypass usage limits or payment systems.

We may suspend access for serious violations.

9. Third-party links and affiliates

Links to third-party sites are for convenience. We do not control their content or practices.

Affiliate links are identified (rel=sponsored). Partner purchases are governed by their own terms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or harm from using tools or generated content.

Total liability for any site-related claim is limited to amounts you paid to auto-texte.ca in the prior twelve (12) months, or $50 CAD if you made no purchase.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; your statutory rights remain.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify the publisher against third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or content you publish (e.g. comments).

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Montreal, Quebec, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.

13. Changes and contact

Last updated: June 25, 2026. We may amend these terms; the published version prevails.
